Jane Clark, owner of Equanimity Hatha Yoga, will work with you to tailor the perfect combination of yoga classes and lectures.
`The 15 Major Principles of Ghosh Yoga - 1 hour
History of Ghosh Yoga: Bishnu, his students and current practice - 1 hour
Posture progressions: History and Applications (based on the 26 + 2 series) - 1 hour
Equanimity Level One - 90 minute introductory class
Equanimity Level Two - 90 minute intermediate class
Equanimity Flow - 90 minute Flow incorporating the salutations and mudras of the Ghosh lineage
Equanimity Core Strength - 90 minute Strength Class focusing on the muscles of the abdomen, back, diaphragm and pelvic floor.
Equanimity Yin Yoga - 90 minute Yin class focused on deep stretching and reworking the fascia network of the body.

Interested in taking your knowledge of Ghosh Yoga deeper? Would you like to incorporate this practice into your studio? Starting in January of 2018, we are bringing our Teaching Training to your studio. Our training program is quite unique because it allows for a great deal of flexibility: our 7 week program includes 4 weeks of at home study and 3 weeks of hands on, face to face training with Jane Clark. We can also work with you to structure the program to work with your schedule.
The is our basic schedule:
Week One: Ghosh Yoga Basics and Postures
Weeks Two and Three: at home study: Writing your own dialogue.
Week Four: Posture Groupings, Equanimity Classes and Teaching Methods: Level One, Core Strength and Ghosh Flow
Week Five and Six: at home study: Learning to teach your class
Week Seven: Mastering the Art of Teaching
Each week is Monday to Friday, 8 am to 8 pm. Each day consiss of two, 90 minute classes, a one hour lecture on history, philosophy, ethics and/or anatomy and two 3 hour sessions of posture and teaching clinics.
